Practicing Yoga in Spring 2016-By Concord Yoga instructor Noemi Tuba

Spring is all about letting go of the old and welcoming the new! Luckily – thanks to the warmer weather and longer days – most of us feel more energised and more motivated in spring than any other time of the year. And we need this motivation to get rid of all the toxins and even the few extra kilos which we have gained during the cold season. 
So, when it comes to yoga we need to detoxify first to have a fresh, new start. Therefore, the more we sweat the better! Sweating encouraging better circulation which not only helps to get a healthy-looking skin but also helps to eliminate toxins and waste materials from our system. 

Although any yoga style promotes better health it is worth to take up a few challenging yoga classes during spring to give a good boost to our immune system. Because spring – as we said before - is all about letting go of the old and welcoming the new!
