Concord Yoga provides Ki Yoga and Hatha Yoga classes in Five Dock, a beautiful suburb of Sydney, NSW. Yoga Pose for this Winter 2017

Cross legged seated pose (sometimes called easy pose) or Sukhasana. Do not let the name fool you! It might look easy still, Sukhasana requires adequate amount of core-strength and reasonably open hips.
